  • Password-protected Google accounts.

  • A password-protected laptop.

  • Appropriate security measures designed to prevent unauthorised access.

Only I have access to your clinical records unless required by law.

How Long I Keep Your Information

Clinical records are retained for 7 years after your last consultation in accordance with my professional insurance requirements.

After this period, records are securely deleted unless there is a legal reason requiring longer retention.

Financial records may be retained for longer where required by UK tax legislation.

  • Zoom and WhatsApp may be used for online consultations where appropriate. Consultations are not recorded unless you have given your explicit consent beforehand.
